SECURITY - PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods

There are different payment methods available depending on the kind of user, who will be able to choose from when placing an order. The accepted means of payment will be: Credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Card payment

The accepted bank cards are Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the bank account of the User or Client, considering the purchase effective when the corresponding bank confirms the payment. Credit cards will be checked for authorizations by the bank. If the entity does not authorize the payment, Red&Fly will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalize the order with the user.

In the event of the POS (Point of Sale) reporting the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the User or Client of the cancellation.

PayPal payment

When using this payment method, the payment will be made according to the conditions agreed by the User or Client with PayPal. In the event that Red&Fly has to make a refund to the User or Client, this will be done through the same route.

Bank transfer

Using this method, the payment will be made by the User or Client to the RED&FLY bank account. When the order has been placed, the client will receive an email, the necessary details for the payment and the steps to follow to make the transfer for the order which will appear on the screen. The purchase will count as completed when RED&FLY receives the purchase amount.

Secure Payment SSL / HTTPS

All our payments and connections are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a global security standard which allows the transfer of encrypted data between a browser and a web server. This way, a website identity connection guaranties a secure site for visitors.

All purchase processes are linked to our bank, as so, all data is managed and sent directly to the bank, which we work with a secure protocol (HTTPS).
